My consultancy work usually has a strategic focus or objective: policy formulation, strategy making, programme development, evaluation of projects and design of new partnership modalities. Clients comprise Ministries, SMEs, knowledge institutes, NGOs, foundations and international networks. Recent assignments included the evaluation of development projects in Indonesia, strategic advice to SMEs in their international expansion and a scenario analysis for a Board of Supervisors.

I have a long track record in initiating and managing large and complex projects; often with a multi-stakeholder and political context. Recent assignments deal with the set-up and process management of two multi-million PPPs (for the insiders: WaterWorX and the Blue Deal). My role can be very diverse: in design of the plan and process, support during the implementation of the plan, trouble-shooting for content-issues or in engaging all stakeholders in the process. Clients are mostly a partnership of (semi-)public authorities (ministries, water companies, water authorities) and other stakeholders.
